Jammin'

After so much time leaving my musical instinct sleeping unexpectedly it just revealed itself lately. A bit like a bear, hibernating in its cave waiting for the Spring to blossom.
About a month and a half some Knowledje invited me for a jam session to play guitar with some guys and see what happens.
What happened was that there was a good connection between all of us and we decided to take another step forward and start rehearsing more often and so it happened.
After a few weeks we had a couple of songs which we are currently working on thanks to the hard work and dedication of all of us.



Knowledje, Dino and myself are the permanent band members while there are other members like bass players, percussion, back vocal singers, etc. that might be rotating depending on the music.
Anyway we still don't have anything to show you guys but once we do I'll let you know, you should expect something around January, not sooner than that so please be patient ;-)

50 cents?

Last Saturday I had a really nice hot bath, nowadays it feels really nice, the cold winter is starting to show itself and now I'm living in a house that actually as a bathtub, which is not so common in Amsterdam whether you believe it or not. They are usually tiny with a small shower!

Actually the whole bathroom concept in Amsterdam is a little bit different from everything I've seen before.
You'll have to be really lucky if you have a bathtub. Sometimes you have the actual toilet in a separate and even tinier room - which isn't really a bad idea if you think of it.

But for me what shocks me is the fact that the majority of the bars and clubs in Amsterdam actually charge you (around 0.50 EUR) to use the restrooms and in some cases they don't even look that good!

Anyway, the hot bath felt pretty good, I was listening to some music from my phone and at the same time memories from Budapest and the spas immediately popped into my mind. I think that now every time I have a hot bath I close my eyes and it's like I'm back again in Budapest with my friends enjoying every moment of it and that is priceless!



Oh Gosh! Just look at that, I think this winter is going to be the winter of the hot baths! Roland, get your jacuzzi ready! You may expect some visits pretty soon :-)
